MSI security has offered property services for the two apartment communities I manage for several years. From our weekly security service needs to making sure our communities are looked after during Little 500. However MSI goes above and beyond on keeping me updated on anything they hear that may come through before the public knows and has been a true assistance to our residents during times of worry, one sexual assault and one armed robbery, by practicing on foot patrol and allowing our residents to contact directly with any concerns or suspicious activity. The night of armed robbery MSI was on site and made our communities a priority within minutes. It’s not just about providing a presence it’s about the relationship, level of professionalism and communication that MSI offers.
